I have been calling myself an angel mom since I loss my baby. I know that I am the mother of 4 angels. One in heaven and three that I get to raise on this earth. They have each changed my life in many different ways. But my story is not another woman's story. I do believe that every baby given to us, are a gift from God. It is their innocence and the love that they give that impacts people. An angel mom does not have to be a woman who has lost a baby or who had a difficult pregnancy and delivery journey. It can be a woman who cannot have kids, a single mother, mothers who have lost children, expectant mothers going through anxiety during and after pregnancy, etc. I know that as women we all have experienced different obstacles and have different stories to share. But the trauma behind our stories are real and very relatable. The thing about trauma is that everyone goes through it. It is a part of life. We take on so much and still have to put on a smile. I feel that we should discuss those difficult conversations. It can be a way for all of us to learn and grow together. We can build this healing space together. #notalone
